Lorenzo G. Hopkins is a distinguished retired federal law enforcement and military leader, widely recognized as an expert in violence prevention, intervention, and leadership development. With over three decades of combined service in law enforcement, the military, and organizational leadership, Mr. Hopkins has earned a national reputation as a dynamic speaker, educator, and consultant—renowned for his ability to help leaders build safer communities and stronger organizational cultures.

A trained social scientist with a Master’s degree in Administration of Justice – Leadership and Administration, Mr. Hopkins brings both academic rigor and practical expertise to his work. He is also a Master Life Strategist, empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their potential and achieve transformative growth.

Throughout his distinguished federal career, Mr. Hopkins served as Chief of the High-Risk Containment Strategies Division for a federal community supervision agency, where he led the design and implementation of evidence-based violence intervention and prevention strategies. His leadership and strategic innovations earned him recognition as a subject matter expert in community safety, threat management, and organizational resilience.

A proud veteran of both the United States Army and Air Force, Mr. Hopkins served honorably in the Middle East during the Global War on Terror. His exemplary service has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Air Force Commendation Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Medal, War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary Medals, and the National Defense Service Medal. These experiences deepened his understanding of trauma, resilience, and the critical importance of leadership under pressure.

Mr. Hopkins’ commitment to violence prevention and leadership transformation is both personal and professional. Having grown up in a community deeply affected by the crack cocaine epidemic, he witnessed firsthand the human cost of violence and the transformative power of leadership rooted in compassion, discipline, and vision.

Today, his legacy is defined by resilience, courage, and a steadfast dedication to building safer, more purpose-driven organizations and communities. Through his leadership, consulting, and coaching initiatives, Lorenzo continues to inspire others to lead with integrity, courage, and conviction—proving that extraordinary leadership begins with a commitment to service and the courage to create change.
