NorthStar is led by Lorenzo G. Hopkins, a retired federal law enforcement Branch Chief, military veteran, and author of From Ordinary to Extraordinary: Four Pillars of Culture-Changing Leadership.
With more than three decades of leadership experience in high-consequence environments—including federal service, military deployment, public safety operations, and organizational command—Lorenzo has led where decisions carried weight and leadership required composure, discipline, and moral clarity.
